New patients of all ages are welcome. You do not need to know exactly what you need. Your first visit is a chance to talk, ask questions and understand your options.

Arriving
When you arrive, our receptionist will walk you through any paperwork. Most new patient appointments take around 45 minutes, although this can vary.
Your appointment
Depending on your needs, your first visit may include an oral examination, a professional clean and any X-rays your dentist considers necessary.
Your options
Your dentist will discuss any concerns, explain what they find and talk through personalised recommendations, including alternatives and costs.

Let the team know if past experiences or a particular part of treatment worries you. We can discuss an approach that takes your needs into account. For suitable treatments, the practice works with an IV sedationist.

The Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule may cover certain services for eligible children. Supercare can provide information about applying for early release of superannuation, which is not automatic and has strict criteria.
